Assessment fee: A non-refundable $50 new property assessment fee is charged at signup alongside your first subscription payment. If we determine your property is not suitable for service after the first visit, your subscription charge is refunded in full — the $50 assessment fee is not refundable.

Known lot size + well-maintained lawn takes you directly to secure Stripe billing. If you selected "Not sure," have a lawn in poor condition, or need to confirm pet waste, we'll reach out first before anything is billed.

How billing works

Simple and automatic

After confirming your address we'll send you a Stripe billing link for your plan. You're charged every two weeks, automatically. Cancel anytime from your Stripe portal.

First charge includes a $50 non-refundable assessment fee in addition to your plan rate. See Terms of Service for full details.
