Pricing is based on your total lot size (per your county property record), not just the lawn or mowable area. House footprint, driveway, and hardscape are part of your lot — they're factored into your price, not subtracted out.
Simple, flat-rate pricing. Plans start at $60, $80, or $100 per visit. Your final price is based on your lot size and property layout, which you'll tell us in step 2, and we'll confirm your rate before your first service.
