Pricing is based on your total lot size (per your county property record), not just the lawn or mowable area. House footprint, driveway, and hardscape are part of your lot — they're factored into the tier, not subtracted out.
Simple, flat-rate pricing. Most homes qualify for one of our three tiers: $60, $80, or $100 per visit. Final price is based on lot size and property layout. We'll confirm your rate before your first service.
