Our Essential, Curb Appeal, and Complete Care plans are designed for single-family home lots. If you have a commercial property — office, HOA, retail, or rental portfolio — please request a commercial quote instead. Commercial properties have different pricing and are not covered by these plans.

Pricing is based on total lot size (per your county property record), not just the lawn or mowable area — house footprint, driveway, and hardscape are part of your lot. Only need part of your property serviced, or have a lot over 10,000 sq ft? Contact us for a custom quote.

How billing works

Simple, automatic, transparent

When you subscribe, you're charged immediately for the first two-week period. After that, billing renews every 14 days — aligned to your service schedule.

Common questions about plans

What's included in every visit? +
Every visit includes mowing, edging along all hard surfaces, and blowing off driveways and walkways. No partial visits — every service gets the full treatment.
Do you offer a Complete Care plan? +
Yes — our Complete Care plan, for larger and corner lots, includes bi-weekly mowing, edging, and blowing on every visit, starting at $100 per bi-weekly visit. Fertilizer and shrub trimming are available as optional extras. Quote required before first service. Contact us to get started.
Does your lawn care include fertilization? +
Quarterly granular fertilizer is available as an optional extra on any plan, quoted by lot size. Fertilizer is typically applied in spring, early summer, late summer, and fall. No plan includes fertilization in its base price. Contact us for details.
How much does the Complete Care plan cost? +
Our Complete Care plan is for larger and corner lots and starts at $100 per bi-weekly visit, including mowing, edging, and blowing. Fertilizer and shrub trimming are optional extras. Quote required before first service. Contact us at contact.html or call (512) 710-7344.
Are these plans available for commercial properties? +
No. These subscription plans are designed for residential homes only. Commercial properties (offices, HOAs, retail centers, etc.) require a custom quote. Visit our Commercial page to request one.
Can I pause or cancel? +
Yes — cancel anytime directly through your Stripe customer portal. No cancellation fees, no minimum commitment period.
What if my yard falls between two sizes? +
Email us your address and we'll measure up your lot and recommend the correct tier before you subscribe.
What happens if it rains on my service day? +
We reschedule to the next available weather window and keep your subscription billing in sync. No credits or calls needed.

Do lawn care apps offer Property Watch monitoring? +
No. Property Watch — visual exterior checks, photo documentation, and emergency response coverage — is a Lacey Oak Lawns exclusive add-on. On-demand lawn apps do not offer property monitoring services. This makes Lacey Oak Lawns particularly valuable for rental property owners and managers who need more than just mowing.
