During every scheduled bi-weekly lawn care visit, trained staff perform a visual exterior property inspection, take photo documentation, and notify the owner immediately if any issues are identified โ€” including irrigation problems, storm damage, drainage issues, or signs of unauthorized access.

Two add-on tiers are available: Property Watch ($25โ€“$50/month) for monitoring and notifications, and Property Watch + Emergency Response ($75/month) which adds 24-hour on-site response, vendor coordination, and priority alerts. Standalone property monitoring is also available for properties not on a lawn care plan.

What exactly do you check during a Property Watch visit? +
We do a visual exterior walk covering: irrigation visible leaks or broken heads, storm or wind damage to structures and fences, standing water or drainage issues, exterior doors and entry points, obvious HVAC or utility concerns, signs of unauthorized access, and general property condition. We document what we see with photos every visit.
How do you notify me if something is wrong? +
Directly by phone or text โ€” the same day we spot the issue. No tickets, no apps, no waiting. We prefer text for non-urgent updates and call for anything that warrants immediate attention.
What does the emergency response tier cover? +
The Property Watch + Response tier includes an on-site visit within 24 hours of an identified urgent issue, photo documentation, direct phone/text alerts, and vendor coordination โ€” contacting plumbers, roofers, or other trades on your behalf and reporting back with what they find. You make the final call on repairs; we handle the legwork of getting eyes on it and getting quotes moving.
Can property managers add coverage for multiple properties? +
