No. As long as the gate is unlocked and any pets are secured, we complete the service without any tenant involvement.
Can you maintain a vacant rental property? +
Yes. We service vacant properties on the same schedule. This helps prevent overgrowth, HOA notices, and curb appeal issues while you're between tenants.
How do I manage billing if I have multiple properties? +
Each property gets its own Stripe subscription. You can manage them separately or email us to coordinate. Contact us if you have a portfolio โ€” we can discuss route options.
Do you work with property managers? +
